Open app.tryostro.com/login and sign in with your registered email and password. Check the domain before entering credentials.
Complete your authenticator step
If an authenticator is required, use the current code from your own authenticator app. Codes change regularly. Ensure your phone uses automatic date and time if valid codes are being rejected.
Never share a code with someone claiming to be support. Ostro does not need your password or current authenticator code to investigate an account issue.
If login fails
Check for a typing error, an outdated password saved in your browser or an unconfirmed email address. Use the password-reset flow when needed.
If you receive a too-many-requests message, wait before trying again. A VPN or repeated requests from other devices may not resolve an account- or service-level limit.
If you still cannot sign in
Contact support from your registered email where possible. Describe the step that fails and the non-sensitive error message. If you suspect unauthorised access, say so clearly and follow the account protection guide.
Administrators use a separate staff workspace. Do not share an administrator login with a customer or colleague.
