THE SHORT ANSWER

Timing depends on the route, payment direction, required checks and receiving institution. The estimates below describe partner processing or rail settlement after the applicable prerequisites, not a guaranteed end-to-end arrival time.
All clock times use U.S. Eastern Time (ET), with EST or EDT as applicable. The partner processing reference was checked on 26 September 2026; confirm the current window for your payment in your workspace or with support. This is a reference snapshot, not live payment tracking.
USD payment rails
| Rail | Cutoff in ET | Processing reference |
|---|---|---|
| Next Day ACH | 4:45 PM on banking days | Evening batch submission; next-day settlement reference is 8:30 AM. Funds typically land in 1–2 banking days; missing a cutoff can add a day. |
| Same Day ACH | 9:30 AM, 1:45 PM or 2:30 PM | Corresponding settlement windows: 1:00 PM, 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM on the same banking day, where eligible. |
| Domestic Wire | 4:45 PM on banking days | Up to 2 hours after sending; receiving banks may take additional time. |
| FedNow | No daily cutoff | Seconds for rail settlement, 24/7, where enabled and supported by the recipient bank. |
Same Day ACH availability depends on the recipient bank and an eligible transfer within the applicable limit; the referenced partner limit is US$1 million. An unavailable same-day route may fall back to Next Day ACH. FedNow payout access requires partner enablement and is not universal.
EUR, GBP and Latin American rails
| Currency and rail | Cutoff in ET | Processing reference |
|---|---|---|
| EUR — SEPA Instant | No daily cutoff | Up to 5 minutes, 24/7, where the beneficiary bank supports it. |
| EUR — SEPA Credit Transfer | 7:00 AM on banking days | 1–3 business days. |
| GBP — Faster Payments | No daily cutoff | Up to 30 minutes; eligible transfers above £1 million use BACS, up to 3 business days. |
| MXN — SPEI | No daily cutoff | Up to 30 minutes, 24/7. |
| BRL — Pix | No daily cutoff | Up to 30 minutes, 24/7. |
| COP — Bre-B | No daily cutoff | Up to 30 minutes, 24/7. |
| COP — Bank Transfer | 11:30 AM, 2:00 PM and 4:30 PM on weekdays | Up to 30 minutes after the applicable cutoff. |
The referenced SEPA Instant partner limit is €1 million; the beneficiary bank may impose a lower limit. If the instant request is unavailable or times out, the payment may be routed as a standard SEPA Credit Transfer. These figures do not establish your personal transaction limit.
Stablecoin processing
Eligible supported digital-asset routes can operate around the clock, but network conditions, conversion and review still matter.
| Asset | Partner processing reference |
|---|---|
| USDC, EURC | Up to 30 minutes on supported routes. |
| USDB | Up to 30 minutes where available. |
| USDT | Up to 60 minutes; conversion can require trading. A fixed 1:1 USD conversion rate is not assumed. |
| USDG, USDP, PYUSD | Confirm the estimate for the available route before proceeding. |
An asset listing does not establish support for every network or country. Use the exact asset and network available in your workspace.
What can add time?
Missed cutoffs, relevant banking holidays, additional checks, larger transfers, missing references, receiving-bank processing and network conditions can extend the journey. A 24/7 rail does not bypass onboarding or compliance review.
If a payment is outside its expected window, use the missing payment guide and contact Ostro. Do not submit a duplicate transfer merely because an estimate has elapsed.
