An account link may expire, have already been used, or be replaced by a newer request. Some email-security systems can also inspect links before you open them.

Try this

  1. Return to Ostro’s official login page.
  2. Use the appropriate account-confirmation or password-reset option where available.
  3. Open the latest email and use its link once.
  4. If the app shows a request limit, wait before trying again.

Avoid repeatedly opening old links or requesting several emails at once. Never paste a full account link into a public forum or a support message.

Contact support with your email provider, approximate time and exact error text, omitting the link itself. Mention if your work email uses automated link inspection.

A password reset changes your password; it does not remove an authenticator requirement or bypass account verification.
