What the request may concern
The reviewer may need to understand the relationship between the parties, the economic purpose of the payment or the origin of the funds. The required evidence depends on the specific request.
For example, a relevant invoice, contract, payslip or bank record may be useful if requested. These are examples, not a universal list of accepted documents.
How to respond
- Read which information and time period the request covers.
- Provide a clear explanation that matches the actual payment.
- Use the secure submission route instructed for your account.
- Ask support to clarify any field or document requirement you do not understand.
Avoid sending unrelated records or another person’s information. Do not change the payment description to make it seem like a different type of transaction.
What happens while information is outstanding
A payment or account capability can remain restricted until the checks are complete. No rail-speed estimate overrides that review.
Support can help clarify the request, but cannot guarantee approval or skip the required checks. For questions about personal-data handling, see privacy requests.
