In this guide
Currency or asset conversion happens only where needed for the selected payment route. It is handled through payment infrastructure and licensed financial partners.
Receiving and payout currencies can differ
An available receiving arrangement may route funds through a supported asset or settlement option before an eligible payout. Do not assume that receiving EUR, for example, means you maintain a traditional EUR bank balance with Ostro.
Check the actual arrangement, amount and payout options shown in your workspace.
Review the quote and charges
Conversion can involve an exchange rate, spread or other route-specific cost. The amount received can also be affected by payment fees or deductions from participating institutions.
Review the applicable quote and its terms before confirming. A reference rate displayed elsewhere is not necessarily the execution rate for your payment.
Conversion is not a timing guarantee
A conversion step may require available liquidity, trading or additional review. It does not guarantee an instant payout or a permanently fixed stablecoin-to-fiat value.
If the currency, amount or conversion information is unclear, ask support before submitting the payment. Pricing is tailored to your usage and route rather than a single universal flat fee.
